MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
JOEL B. ROSENTHAL, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court for hearing upon the Motion of Lake Equipment Leasing, Inc. (hereinafter “Lake”) for Relief from Stay [Docket # 26] and the Opposition of Jeffrey M. Rowe (hereinafter “Debtor”) thereto [Docket #29].
