Appellant brought this suit, alleging that she was the owner and seller therein meant, to compel appellee, the alleged purchaser, to specifically perform the following contract:
“Earnest Receipt.
“$500.00. Galveston, Tex., June 18, 1915.
“There has this day been deposited with V. E.
