— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendants separately appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Jiudice, J.), entered March 3, 1988, which denied the motion of the defendant Jhaveri and the cross motion of the defendant Netti to dismiss the action and granted the plaintiffs’ cross motion to restore the action to the Trial Calendar.
