Statement of the Case
On January 31, 1973, plaintiffs filed a complaint for the value of goods and materials sold and delivered for use in the construction of a service station and restaurant and to enforce mechanics’ liens on the land on which the service station and restaurant were constructed. Defendants Vernon Freeman, Jr., Betty J.
