The decision of this case depends principally on the effect we are bound to give to a decree of the Court of Probates in the state of Mississippi. The present action was brought against a minor residing in that state, by attachment on his property situated in this, to recover the amount of a judgment for a balance due to the plaintiff, as the former guardian of the defendant.
