This appeal involves the trial court’s denial of the claims of 77 plaintiffs filed pursuant to the “Salmonella Personal Injury Claims Facility Agreement” (the Agreement). Plaintiffs in the case at bar are members of a consolidated class of persons who experienced injuries or damages arising from dairy products purchased from Jewel Companies, Inc. (Jewel), and contaminated with the salmonella bacteria.
