This was an action to recover damages for malicious prosecution. The plaintiff prevailed and defendánt appeals.

The defendant is an Iowa corporation, which had been authorized to do business in Kansas and had filed its written consent irrevocable that actions might be commenced against it in the courts of the state by the service of process on the superintendent of insurance.
