In this case, we are asked to determine the priority between a warehouse lien and a perfected security interest. Kinder Morgan Operating L.P. “C” (KMO) and Kinder Morgan Amory, L.L.C. (KM Amo-ry) (collectively, Kinder Morgan) appeal the trial court’s grant of partial summary judgment granting M & I Marshall & Ils-ley Bank’s (M & I) perfected security interest priority over Kinder Morgan’s two warehouse liens.
