delivered tbe opinion of tbe court:

This is an appeal from tbe judgment of tbe Board of General Appraisers overruling the protests of tbe appellants, which challenged the legality of certain re-reappraisement proceedings under tbe tariff act of 1913.

Tbe case was decided by this court on June 28, 1924. A petition for a rehearing of tbe issues involved was filed on August 30, 1924. The' petition was granted and a rehearing ordered upon the question as to whether the record disclosed that the re-reappraisement board had determined the dutiable value of the merchandise or whether…
