Following the denial of his motion for new trial, Billy Edgar Murrell appeals from his convictions for child molestation, two counts of sexual battery, four counts of stalking, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, terroristic threats, and public indecency. Murrell contends that his trial counsel was ineffective, that the trial court erred in admitting similar transaction evidence, and that the evidence was insufficient to support any of his convictions except public indecency.
