Henry Thomas Todd, the respondent herein, on August 30, 1961, instituted this action for a divorce a vinculo matri mornii from his wife, Ruby Lee Holt -Todd, the appellant herein, on the ground of desertion; Section 20-101 (2) of the 1952 Code of South Carolina; or in the alternative for a legal separation. He also asks that custody of the three minor children o'f the marriage be awarded to him.
