The relator, Ed Eugene Jones, claims to be unlawfully confined in the Missouri State Prison. lie appeals to this court from a denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus by the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Relator has exhausted his remedies in the state courts of Missouri and has applied for and been denied certiorari by the United States Supreme Court, Jones v.
