This appeal arises from defendant Travis Stokes’ conviction of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and his resulting 10-year Class X sentence following a bench trial.
Briefly stated, the evidence at trial established that on November 7, 2006, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Officer Frank Sarabia was part of a narcotics surveillance team working in the area of 3600 West Grenshaw in Chicago.
