This is an action to quiet title to a 40-acre tract of land in Stephens county, commenced on April 17, 1936, by Myrtle Burkhart, Pauline Green, and Geraldine Green against the defendants, Lee Wade, Charles H. Wade, and the Gulf Oil Corporation. From a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, Lee Wade and Charles H. Wade appeal. The company does not appeal.
