RAY, Justice.

This is a will contest. Appellees (contestants), Mary Hollingsworth Williams, John L. Hollingsworth, Jr., William B. Hollings-worth and Jack Hollingsworth, filed a contest and opposition to the will of lone D. Hollingsworth which had been admitted to probate in Tarrant County a short time previously. Borden B. Hollingsworth, individually, and as independent executor of the Estate of lone D. Hollingsworth, Deceased, answered the contest as did appellant, Dorris Hollingsworth. Trial of the contest was set for hearing at which time the contestants and the independent executor…
