McCALEB, Justice.

Plaintiff, now the wife of Captain Frank Trinkle, U.S.A., is seeking to be awarded custody of her children, Stirling, age 10 and Bruce, age 8, issue of her former marriage with Major Mark Boatner, III, U.S. A., from whom she secured a divorce in Georgia on June 6, 1955. Major Boatner officially resides with his parents, Colonel Mark Boatner, Jr., retired, and Mrs. Boatner, who own and occupy Penrith Plantation in East Feliciana Parish.
