Appellant, George Norris, appeals the seventeen-month (17) sentence imposed by the district court after he pled guilty to a multi-count indictment charging him with conspiring to import and importing plant specimens in violation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, as implemented by the Endangered Species Act of 1973, 16 U.S.C. §§ 1531, et seq.
