•Appellant, a corporation engaged in shipbuilding at Biloxi, Miss., was the defendant in .the court below, *153and prosecutes this appeal from a judgment for three thousand dollars awarded appellee, as plaintiff, who sues for personal injuries sustained by reason of the alleged negligence of the defendant company. Plaintiff declared upon five counts in his declaration, one of which charges that he was not given a safe place to work, and one that a proper signal or warning was not given, and that the plaintiff was injured by the defendant’s negligence in not maintaining a watchman or some warning…
