Lively, Judge:
Myrtle M. Beane, plaintiff below and plaintiff in error, obtained a verdict for $2,500.00 against H. B. Keyser on February 26, 1926, for personal injuries sustained by her from being struck by defendant’s automobile negligently operated by defendant’s son on Neville Street in the city of Beckley. Defendant moved to set the verdict aside because of evidence admitted and refused, proper instructions refused, and because the verdict was contrary to the law and evidence.
