Kenneth Larson appeals a judgment convicting him of possession of a controlled substance (THC), with intent to deliver, in violation of § 161.41(lm), Stats., 1991-92.1 He claims the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained during the execution of a search warrant at his home.
