OPINION BY McLAUGHLIN, J.:

Matthew Dix appeals from the judgment of sentence entered following his bench-trial convictions for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver ("PWID") and possessing instruments of crime ("PIC"). Dix challenges the denial of his suppression motion and the sufficiency of the evidence. We affirm.
