This action was brought by the Puget Sound National Bank of Seattle, as an attachment creditor of Samuel Bevy, to have certain judgments rendered upon the confession of the said Bevy in favor of Samuel Batz and Carmi Dibble set aside and declared void. Other subsequent attachment creditors intervened in the action for the purpose of obtaining a similar remedy.
