Appellant Christian Reinhard was indicted on one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child, M. A jury found Reinhard guilty, and after he pled true to an enhancement paragraph alleging a prior felony conviction of aggravated sexual assault, the trial court sentenced Reinhard to life imprisonment.
