J. H. Howell was the duly appointed and qualified administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Ellen Kinnan, deceased. In January, 1932, Daisy Braumann, a daughter of deceased, filed a written verified claim against the estate for personal services rendered the deceased. In April, 1932, she filed an amendment to her claim alleging the value of her services to be $3,544. On April 13, 1932, the administrator filed an answer denying all allegations contained in the claim and asked that the court require strict proof thereof.
