Objection is made, through the interposition of a demurrer to the complaint, that several causes of suit have been improperly united, in that it states a cause of suit against Bissinger & Co., of Portland, and one against The Dalles National Bank, of The Dalles, and that neither of’ these parties has any interest in the cause stated .against the other.
