Pannell, Judge.

Issue having been joined, plaintiff filed interrogatories and a motion to compel defendant’s answers to certain enumerated questions. Following a hearing, the trial court issued an order sustaining plaintiffs motion as to certain questions and further ordered defendant to file answers within thirty days of the date of the order. Subsequently, on June 11, 1973, under the provisions of Ga. L. 1968, pp. 1072, 1073 (Code Ann. § 6-701 (a) (2)), the trial judge certified the order of June 6, 1973, for immediate review.
