District Court, S.D. Georgia
1Opinion of the Court
ORDER
BOWEN, District Judge.
This is a civil rights suit filed pro se and in forma pauperis under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The plaintiff is an inmate at the Georgia State Prison in Reidsville, Georgia. His complaint is that the defendants denied him access to the courts in violation of his constitutional rights by failing to provide him a law library with which to research and prosecute a criminal appeal after he elected to waive his right to representation of counsel, and proceeded on the appeal pro se. Both plaintiff and the defendants have moved for summary judgment under Fed.R. Civ.P. 56.
