OVERVIEW
This case involves an accident which occurred on July 22, 2004 while the plaintiff, Guy Fisher, was repairing the HVAC system at the Brockton VA hospital. Fisher suffered an electrical shock when his hand came in contact with exposed wires in an uncovered junction box in a crawl space above a refrigeration unit that Fisher was repairing.
