Plaintiff Concourse Beauty School, Inc. (“Concourse”) has moved pursuant to section 10 of the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 10, (the “Act”) to vacate an arbitration award entered on December 28, 1987. For the reasons that follow, plaintiffs motion is denied.
BACKGROUND
