Midstate Environmental Services, LP, pursues a restricted appeal from a default *289judgment rendered against it and in favor of Kayci Peterson, Individually and as next friend of Graham Peterson, Wellington Peterson, and Genevieve Peterson. Because the trial court erred in granting the default judgment, the trial court’s judgment is reversed and this case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
