CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge.

The plaintiffs are three former employees of Glendenning Motorways, Inc. (“Glen-denning”), an interstate trucking firm, who were also former members of Local Union No. 705 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (“Local 705”). On March 22, 1983, they sued Glendenning and Local 705, alleging violations of Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185.
