The People have sought to reduce the issues in this case to the following single proposition. Does the appellant’s operation of a motor .vehicle, within the city of New York, come within the definition of a taxicab as set forth in subparagraph (c) of paragraph 2 of subdivision b of section 436-2.0 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York?
