OPINION
BAILEY, Judge.
Case Summary
Appellant-Plaintiff MBNA America Bank, N.A. ("MBNA") appeals the dismissal of its complaint seeking judgment upon an arbitration award against Appel-lee-Defendant Thomas W. Rogers ("Rogers"). We affirm.
