Appellant Adams Township (Adams) appeals from an’ order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County (trial court). The trial court appointed a Board of Commissioners (Board) to determine the boundary between Adams Township (Adams) and Richland’ Township (Rich-land). 1 The Board concluded that the Cambria County tax assessment/GIS 2 map should constitute the boundary line.
