Pursuant to the Court’s Memorandum and Order issued on June 8, 1984, Groseclose ex rel. Ronald Harries v. Michael Dutton, et al., 589 F.Supp. 362, (M.D.Tenn.1984), an evidentiary hearing was held on July 12 and 13, 1984 to determine whether this Court has jurisdiction to entertain the petitioners’ third-party next friend habeas corpus petition submitted under 28 U.S.C. § 2242.
