BALTZELL, District Judge.

The petitioner, Uniform Printing & Supply Company, challenges the correctness of an .order of the United States Board of Tax Appeals, wherein petitioner is ordered to pay a deficiency in income and profits taxes for the year 1918 in the sum of $34,060.86. The decision of said Board was promulgated on the 23d day of November, 1927.

The petitioner is a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the state of Illinois, with its principal office in the city of Chicago, Ill. It was organized prior to the year 1918, and was doing business during…
