DECISION & ORDER
C. ALBERT PARENTE, Bankruptcy Judge.
On December 3, 1985, Kravco, Inc. (hereinafter “landlord”) moved for an order granting relief from the automatic stay, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362, to allow the landlord to pursue eviction proceedings against the debtor in State court. The landlord alleges that the lease in question was terminated by its terms prior to the commencement of this case. The debtor asserts that said lease has not been terminated, and that, as debtor-in-possession, it has 60 days after the order for relief within which to assume or reject the lease. The debtor has…
