This is an appeal of right under our recently revised procedure for disciplining, suspending, and disbarring attorneys-at-law. See Code § 54-48(c).1 The principal issue is whether the evidence is sufficient *1058to support the finding of the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board that an attorney’s actions constituted Misconduct under the applicable provision of the Virginia Code of Professional Responsibility.
