An indictment was returned into the circuit court of Lauderdale county against Bruce Tucker on the 5th day of February, 1932, charging said Tucker with burglary. On the 13th day of February, 1932, the sheriff of said county arrested said Tucker and placed him in jail, where he has since remained. On March 9, 1932, the circuit court of said county transferred the said indictment to the county court.
