HARGRAVE, Justice.

The plaintiffs, Frank C. Sneed, Crescent Construction Company, and Sooner Realty, Inc., filed a petition in the District Court of Comanche County alleging that they conveyed to the defendant certain real property for the purpose of construction of the Rogers Lane interchange at its intersection with U.S. 277 in Lawton, Oklahoma, for a cash consideration and an agreement to provide certain access to plaintiffs’ adjoining land.
