This matter is before the court on Magistrate Judge Joseph McCrorey’s report and recommendation, made in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B), that this court reverse the decision of the Commissioner denying plaintiffs application for disability insurance benefits (DIB) and supplemental security income (SSI) under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 410-33,1381-83.
