This is an appeal from a decree of divorce granted appellee from appellant on her complaint charging general indignities and cruel and barbarous treatment over a period of years, and adjudging to her certain property rights in his property.

Two grounds are urged for a reversal: (1) That there was no corroboration of her testimony of mistreatment; and, (2) the property division was erroneous.

Of course, it is well settled in this State that a decree of divorce will not be granted ©n the testimony of the plaintiff alone, even though the alleged ground therefor is admitted by the defendant, but…
