This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Lawrence County terminating the parental rights of defendants-appellants, Elgin and Nancy Jones, and ordering the appointment of the Department of Children and Family Services, an agency of the State of Illinois, as guardian of four minor children with power to consent to their adoption.
