DECISION AND ORDER

On February 1, 2012, a hearing was held on the Motion of Judy A. Pence (hereinafter “Debtor”) to Extend the Automatic Stay, filed on December 28, 2011. Debtor filed the above-captioned Chapter 13 petition on December 16, 2011.
