This is an appeal from a judgment of affirmance by the Appellate Court for the Fourth District. The following statement of the case by Sample, J., sufficiently presents the questions raised for decision in this court:

“The appellee filed its bill in chancery against appellants, to set aside certain deeds made by Washington Quinn to the other defendants. It appears that one John Quinn was indicted by the grand jury of Saline county for grand larceny.
