This case presents error from the district court of Oklahoma county,' and involves the sufficiency upon demurrer of plaintiff’s petition, charging liability to her of the Southern States Life Insurance Company upon a policy of insurance issued by it on the life of Joseph A. Friend September 7, 1907.
