In an action pursuant to Insurance Law § 3420 (a) (2) to recover the amount of an unsatisfied judgment against the defendant’s insured, the defendant appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Straniere, J.), dated June 24, 2014, which granted the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment on the complaint and denied its cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2) a judgment of the same court dated August 26, 2014, which, upon the order, is in favor of the plaintiffs and against it in the principal sum of $1,000,000, plus interest.
