CASE SUMMARY

Buchanan, J.

— This is an appeal by Defendant-Appellant Robert D. Lucus (Lucus) from a trial court judgment of $15,800 in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Roberta L. Richardson (Richardson) upon her complaint for personal injuries and property damage sustained in an automobile collision with Lucus, claiming insufficient evidence to support the trial court’s judgment.

We affirm.
