A. INTRODUCTION
SHARON OGLESBY, a/k/a Sharon Co-fey, Sharon Simmons, and Sharon Council (“the Debtor”) has, once again, filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case to attempt to preserve 904 Longacre Boulevard, Yeadon, Delaware County, Pennsylvania (“the Home”), as a residence for herself, eleven dependent children, and two dependent grandchildren.
