The Connecticut Municipal Group moves to reinstate its petition for review of an order of the Federal Powe. Commission 1 which was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction by order of this Court on July 23, 1973. After further Consideration we conclude that the issue which the Connecticut Municipal Group seeks to have litigated is properly reviewable by this Court and accordingly grant the motion.
